An intelligent renovation may not always add extra floor area to a home but it can create a real sense of extra space. It is often the case that our homes suffer from awkward layouts and no longer suit our modern lifestyles. The kitchen is usually in the wrong location and there are always "dead zones" that gather clutter and are not used to their full potential.
At this Sheffield home, we reimagining the existing living spaces to create a dynamic open-plan kitchen-diner where the family can cook, eat, and spend time together. By removing the dividing wall between the kitchen and dining room and replacing a small window with sliding doors, we’ve created a bright, social space with direct access to the outdoor dining area and rear garden.
This project is due to start on site very soon, and we’re excited to see these plans come to life.
